I use an approach called Solution Focused hypnotherapy with is a modern form of therapy and very effective. I trained in London at what is regarded as the gold standard in hypnotherapy. It means you don't have to bring up the past or painful memories. Clinical hypnotherapy for anxiety, anger, depression, smoking cessation, confidence, self-esteem, insomnia, fears and phobias, nail biting, fertility, child birth, weight management and lots more. It uses the latest brain based theories and research by scientists combined with hypnotherapy. Enhanced DBS check for working with children and vulnerable adults. Smoking cessation
One amazing session to give up smoking!
I tried hypnotherapy before to quit smoking and it didn't work out for me so I went to Juduth with a teeny tiny bit of scepticism. It all went out of the window when she started the session, the difference this time was SOLUTION FOCUSED. I left the session as a non smoker and haven't had the urge to light up since. She has even helped my insomnia without being asked as I listen to her CD before sleeping at night and I am now getting a full nights sleep. Waking up refreshed helps keep me strong up face the day.
